About RF Microneedling
What is RF Microneedling? RF Microneedling is an innovative treatment that improves signs of aging skin, fine lines/wrinkles, and scars. When it comes to stimulating collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid, RF microneedling does what other treatments CAN NOT. It uses microneedles to deliver fractional radio frequency energy into the deep layers of the skin to produce tissue coagulation and hemostasis to trigger a collagen remodeling response. This unique delivery of energy deep in the dermal layers allows us to achieve optimal results with little to no downtime. During the treatment, you will feel some heat with “pinpricks” as it delivers energy into the deep layers. The treatment is tolerable for most patients, but your clinician will work with you to maximize your comfort level during the treatment. Prior to the procedure, a topical numbing cream is applied for 30 minutes for increased comfort. Patients typically will need 3-6 treatments, spaced 4 weeks apart to achieve optimal results.

What Are the Expected Results?
Some patients will see visible results as soon as 2 weeks following the treatment. Skin will appear smoother, tighter, and more even. Full results are typically noted 3- 4 months after the dermal remodeling response is complete. This response improves the signs of aging including skin texture, skin tone, photoaging, scars, pore size, and stretch marks to reveal smoother, tighter, younger-looking skin.
